Terms and Conditions:

  • The program applies to both new and existing customers.
  • Any increase in the available balance of at least IDR 15,000,000, – calculated from the comparison of your Sampoerna Mobile Saving (SMS) balance on 21 November 2022, with the balance as of 30 November 2022, will receive a bonus of IDR 35,000 + 15,000 Promo Points (valid for a maximum multiple of the increase in the available balance up to IDR 1B).
  • The prize multiplier is calculated by rounding down.

The following is the calculation of your balance increase:
Balance available on 21 November 2022 + balance increase between 22-30 November 2022 = 1,000,000 + (15,000,000 – 1,000,000 – 50,000 + 1,500,000) = 1,000,000 + 15,450,000, – So your available balance increase is IDR 15,450,000, – rounding down to IDR 15,000,000, – then you qualify for  a bonus balance of IDR 35,000 + 15,000 Promo Points.

The following is the calculation of your balance increase:
Balance available on 21 November 2022 + balance increase between 22-30 November 2022 = 1,000,000 + (15,000,000 – 1,000,000 – 50,000 + 500,000) = 1,000,000 + 14,450,000, – So your available balance increase is IDR 14,450,000, – rounding down to IDR 14,000,000, – then you are not eligible to get a balance bonus + Promo Points because your available balance increase is below minimum IDR 15,000,000.

  • Withheld balances cannot be included in this program.
  • The SMS balance bonus will be sent to your registered SMS account no later than the 14th (fourteenth) of the following month.
  • Promo Points Bonus can be seen in the “Points” menu in the Sampoerna Mobile Banking application after 05 December 2022.
  • Promo Points will be included in the monthly raffle of November 2022 Points to be drawn in December 2022 and the October-December 2022 Grand Prize points to be drawn in January 2022.
  • Bank Sahabat Sampoerna’s decision on winners who have met the applicable Terms & Conditions cannot be overturned.
  • Bank Sahabat Sampoerna reserves the right to cancel the gift-giving if there are transactions that are indicated to be deception or fraudulent against the terms of the program.
  • Bank Sahabat Sampoerna has the right to terminate/extend the program and make changes to the terms and conditions of this program with prior notice through the media specified by Bank Sahabat Sampoerna.
  • This program cannot be merged with other programs
