Sampoerna Mobile Saving Monthly Raffle Terms and Conditions entitles you to receive prizes.

  1. The winner will be formally contacted by Bank Sahabat Sampoerna via SMS and official email:
    • email: Sampoerna Mobile Banking (sampoernamobile@banksampoerna.com)
    • SMS : B Sampoerna
  2. Raffle participants are allowed to win prizes in IDR250,000, – and IDR750,000 – more than 1 time in each raffle month. The maximum number of bonuses that can be received at that amount is IDR3,000,000, -.
  3. If the drawee wins the IDR3,000,000 and the reward of IDR9,000,000, then the valid prize is the highest amount. The small nominal prize will be redrawn to fill the quota of other winners in that period.
  4. If a drawee has won a prize of IDR3,000,000, – and IDR9,000,000, – automatically not entered into the raffle for a nominal amount of IDR250,000, – and IDR750,000, –
  5. Prizes will be sent to the winner for a maximum of 14 (fourteen) business days from the announcement date.
  6. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna will contact the winner if it fails to send the prize due to the winner’s account being blocked, dormant or other conditions. Suppose up to 60 (sixty) calendar days, the winner does not reactivate their account. In that case, the prize will be submitted to the Indonesian Social Service following the applicable provisions.
  7. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna reserves the right to disqualify/drop the prize if the winner is:
    • Active employees of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, Partners (KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati and PT Mekar Investama Sampoerna)
    • Identified Fraud
    • Enlisted in State Blacklist
  8. Gifts that are disqualified /dropped will be submitted to the Indonesian Social Service following the applicable provisions.
  9. Please be careful with any fraudulent acts in the name of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna. The winners are free of charge. So, it is certain that if you are asked to pay some money as a condition of obtaining a gift, it is an act of fraud.
